I/ITSEC Papers Online Repository
Provides access to papers from the training, simulation and education conference. I/ITSEC currently offers free downloads to papers, register for a free account to search the database and download papers.

Oxford Journals Archive 1849 to 1995
Historical archive. Full text of 140 Oxford journals from volume one, issue one, to 1995. Can be cross-searched or browsed by subject clumps - humanities, law, medicine, science and social science.
*Please note:* using the Search facility will search all journals irrespective of date. Any articles published post 1995 will not be available.

The Air University Library Index to Military Periodicals (AULIMP) is a free, web-based service provided by the Defense Technical Information Service (DTIC). It contains citations to articles in English language military journals, concentrating particularly on management and the sociological aspects of the armed forces. There are links to full text electronic journals available on the internet including Army Logistician, Engineer, Joint Force Quarterly, Parameters, Signal and Soldiers.

Scopus indexes more than 50,000 books, 6.5 million conference papers and 24 million patents from five patent offices.

The Web of Science covers many disciplines in the areas of engineering, science and
the humanities, and provides access to the Web of Science, ISI Proceedings, MEDLINE and Journal Citation Reports (JCR).

Acquisition Operating Framework

European Patent Office
Worldwide patents searchable by subject, person or organisation. Gives patent number, date, inventor and a descriptive abstract.
Full text US patents and published applications. Patents from 1790 to 1975 are searchable only by Patent Number and Current US Classification. From 1976 they are searchable by all fields.
