What happens if I am not based at Shrivenham?
We can send out any copies of articles that we have printed out and can send out books as long as the lending library has not stipulated that the items are for reference purposes only, the Library will post them to you by recorded delivery. Past experience has shown that if they are not signed for, the book will be taken to the local depot and can be difficult to track down. Please ensure there will be someone available at this address to sign for receipt. If you cannot return a book in person, you must send it back to us by recorded delivery.
Please include the address to which you wish the item sent in the Your Full Name and Comments section of the request form.
We can arrange for you to be supplied with the secure electronic documents that are provided by the British Library to download the article or conference paper requested. As the requirements set by the British Library are stringent please contact the Library to discuss this option.
We are unable to send interlibrary loan books overseas.
